Evan’s first year in real estate was 1999 when he began working with young people and first-time buyers. Since then, his business has grown into the Luxury space and he works with buyers and sellers in all price points.
In 2015 He co-founded the real estate company Avenue Properties, which quickly grew to over 200 agents in just two years and in 2018 sold Avenue to Compass Real Estate.

He enjoys working face-to-face with clients and guide them toward their real estate goals with a supportive, knowledgeable approach. With 23+ years as a REALTOR®, $750,000,000+ in sales, and hundreds of transactions, Evan understands how to navigate thru all types of market environments and what it means to buy and sell a home. The vast majority of his business is referral and repeat clients, a complement to his ethical approach and track record of success.
Born and raised in Seattle, Evan attended the Lakeside School, and graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance. Prior to real estate, he began his career with Nordstrom, followed by the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle SuperSonics and a tech startup; all in marketing and sales roles.
Evan remains active volunteering in the community, coaching youth sports, supporting local youth organizations and enjoys travel, boating, skiing, fishing, architecture, and a nice meal with friends. Above all else, Evan loves being a dad and raising his two sons Zack and Dillon.
