With an established presence in both Seattle and Sun Valley, Evan Wyman has built a business shaped by lifestyle, relationships, and a deep understanding of place. As Founder of the Wyman Group and Co-Founder of Wyman–Rockwell Partners, his work reflects a seamless connection between these two markets.

Originally expanded to support clients seeking second homes in Sun Valley, the Wyman Group is now evolving under the broader Wyman–Rockwell Partners platform—bringing enhanced marketing, infrastructure, and reach. Evan’s ability to operate across both regions offers clients a distinct advantage, particularly those balancing city living with mountain retreats.

His approach is measured and personal, grounded in long-term relationships and thoughtful execution. Known for his consistency and discretion, Evan brings a sense of ease to complex transactions, guiding clients with clarity and experience.

Outside of real estate, Evan is deeply rooted in the communities he serves. He has spent years coaching youth sports and supporting local initiatives, and values the balance that Sun Valley offers—time outdoors, connection, and a slower pace. At the center of it all is his role as a father to his two sons, Zack and Dillon, who remain a constant source of inspiration in both his life and work.
